I was glancing at the last few years sample days. I see a few exercises other than back squats that I'm not typically doing. Front squats, barbell bulgarian split squats. Any others that I need to get used to before Oct 1?

Will be getting back into Squatober this year after taking last year off. Can’t wait! Will be ordering a shirt for the first time. How do they normally run fit wise?

I don't have any squatober shirts but I have a few other Sorinex ones and they are pretty normal sized. I usually wear XL if I don't want it to be tight and that's what the other ones are.

I've been going the XL route. Chest and arms need a little more room these days.

wish i could. im in full blown KOT rehab mode right now for any type of pushing movement. only squats i can do are spanish right now

so mad at myself for letting this happen. When we were in Pigeon Forge i was on a snow tube ride and let my legs kind of hang over freely and i was spinning and my right leg caught the side and it bent the hell out of my leg out. was workign through it but seems to get worse the more i squat. feels more like tendonitis than structural damage though.

I was playing disc golf on Monday and somehow pulled my left hamstring. I think it was aggravated from doing heavy deads and RDLs a few days prior.

We will have our own Mob-tober party. I'm about 10 weeks in on ATG style work and I'm making some good progress. I'm hoping to reintroduce some Bulgarians and hip thrust in October and if all goes well I'll do some light squats and deads in November. I haven't done a barbell squat/deadlift since December. My goal is the 1 year mark to be back full speed and kick off 2024 with some good ole greyskull
