hell yea. i can do squats but it hurts
i can trap bar deadlift with no pain, hip thrust and any type of curling movement
i can actually do full range KOT split squat with minimal pain. Can almost touch my knee on the ground too. Can do them on the bosu ball too. I havent tried the sissy squat yet but know its going to hurt.
right now coaching 7v7 and running routes kills me when i go to cut and get my weight more over the toe than in center of the foot.
spanish squats are ok. reverse step ups suck arse right now...but gonna stick with it through end of the year i think 2-3x per week.

Just hoping I didn’t tear anything….pisses me off, now my wife is telling me see…you got hurt doing tubing on artificial snow…we shouldn’t go snow skiing cause your gonna get hurt

Sorry to hear you about your injury. Take some Trt, microdose some shrooms, slam some ozympic and you will be back to bidness in no time.

I'm back to squatting twice a week now. I'll ramp it up to 3 days by mid month. My legs will be ready for this.

I only take trt, and has nothing to do with my injury lol and injury has nothing to do with ppsa.
Maybe you microdose some shrooms so you won’t be such a bitch about injuries like you have been lately.

You'll honestly be fine. Some days you may do 15-20 squats. Its not like you are constantly using 80-95% of your 1 RM.

I Was honestly surprised how light the weight was last year. The reps were high, but it was mostly light weight.
