I'm in for the shorts this year, looks like there was a little uproar over the custom plates they dropped. Ended up being like $6/pound for some of them.

I had knee pain while doing Pool school 2 a few months back and still lingering. I was worried about squatting so much too but started the Prep program squatting 4 days a week. My knees are actually feeling better. I don’t know if it’s more volume or the variations helping.

Lol. Yea I was happy with it being my second heavy leg day this week. Next two weeks I’ll probably deload at least on leg days to get ready for October 2nd.

Agree, but the shirt is snug and I for sure won't wear tight shorts
