I’m trusting the process. Knocking out bench now.

Gonna get some looks during cardio but it’s mostly old ladies in here now. No hot broads.

Last day posted. I'm attempting 100%, 105%, and 110%. If 110 goes well I may go YOLO. The good news is, every one of those percentages is an all time PR.

ETA: anyone else going for PR's on deadlift or bench? I had planned to but I think I'm just doing deadlift and skipping bench. I'm going to reset to about 20lbs lower TM on bench.

I’m planning to for bench, but we’ll see how it goes. Probably a three or four rep max though, and not a true 1RM.

I think I will do bench also. I’m feeling so much stronger there I want to see what I get. I think I’m creeping up on 225.

I don't have a strong bench. Best so far is 160x6, which strong app says is a 196 estimated 1RM. I used 170 as my Squatober training max.

Anyway, if I lift 165 for one, that'll be a weight PR. I will try 165 for one, then maybe 170 for AMRAP. Will see how everything feels though.

I feel like I didn't put enough though into this before starting.

I'm going to test bench. I assume deadcember will have a PR party too so I'll save deadlift for then

First day of Arm farm (Tuesday Nov1) has bench press; we could probably sub in bench press PR party for that and then do whatever he has supersetted with it as a separate exercise.

I’m gonna PR for squats and just bump training max for bench and deadlift.

I’ll test bench after arm farm and then deadlift after deadcember

Well, that's that. Kind of anticlimactic. I pretty much warmed up fast and then skipped breaks. Down time was changing plates.

1st rep on squats was at 2:42 and last rep on bench was 3:04.

Whhhoooooooo!!!

Squats were easy. Went ahead and dropped my bench TM to 360. I’m skipping it on the party and resetting.

I don't have a strong bench either and did the same as you (1RM based on my best multiple). Even today on that last set it felt so easy I went ahead and hit a triple. Could have probably done 6-7 easy.

If you guys are down for a bench PR party on Tuesday I'm down. If not I might just go for it on Monday after squats. DL can wait for December

I’ll be going for 335 on squat. That’ll be a post knee surgeries PR. Debating if I wanna try bench and deadlift.

I’d love to get my 3 lifts to over 1100 lbs by the end of the year. Hit 1000 at this time last year. That would probably be 350 bench, 350 squat, 405 pull.

Finished up the week this morning. Squats have actually been feeling heavy this week, I think mainly because sleep has not been ideal. Going to try and get some much needed rest and recovery this weekend to hit my goal of 300+ squat on Monday.

I'm only testing Squat. Going right into Benchaholic either after Squats on Monday, or starting on Tuesday. I'd love to do Arm Farm with you guys in November, but my plan for a while now has been to finish the year off with Squatober-Benchaholic-Deadcember, so I'm gonna stick with that. When testing my maxes going into Squatober I hit a bench PR at 220 and my goal for the year has been to get to 2 plates so that is absolutely within reach.

Go get it baw. Check in on how Bench is going. I’m hoping for 2 plates maybe by spring.
