The squats again felt great. Went for one more rep on the third and fourth set. Felt great.

I went heavier on the ohp. Again the chin ups went well, I’ll need to get a weighted belt as I went for more there too.

The cardio made me feel like prep for arm farm.

Squats felt good today. Last set was 300lbs and felt really good!

Didn’t realize until right before I started cardio that it was just 3 sets and not an AMRAP

Squats felt good. Last rep was 275 which was a personal best for me. I really feel zero issues with my lower back. Must be strengthening it big time. I still suck at bb presses. Would much rather dumbbells. 45lb plate on chin-ups.

sorry guys....work has fubared the last 2 days. had training and was expecting it to be done by 430 everyday like the schedule said....but you know corporate people...ended each night around 930. sucked and now i am 2 days behind.

gonna just end up skipping it as i dont wanna fall behind. might add a little extra volume tonight, but not much.

as far as my goal, looking to get back to 350 again. been since pre-covid that i did that and hopefully on my goal back to 405 by end of summer.

great to see yall held it down


ETA: and yes unfortunately i am vacinated. i got the original J&J and spent 5 days with oxygen levels in the upper 80s/lower 90s. luckily no issues since then and been almost 18 months so dont expect any. 100% wish i wouldnt have but i have my mother in law that lives with me that i felt i needed to protect(obviously that was a waste and a lie )

Glad you’re back LSU

Worked up to 475 (95%) today and felt good. Not sure what I’m shooting for on Monday. 110% would be 550 which just sounds crazy.

I’m hoping tomorrow is relatively light and I can just focus on recovery this weekend before the big day.

I'm going to try and go some cryotherapy tomorrow to help the recovery process.

I'll be cooking all weekend at the French Food Festival in Larose. If you need/want some good food, head that way!

I'm skipping that party. I just hate curls so much. I'm going to run Hyper-Trophy in November and December weeks 1-3, because I have two trips planned. It has plenty of arm work. Hopefully, in January we can have another program party that I can be a part of. I really enjoyed all of us on the same thing.
