Got it done! Pretty quick but intense workout. Pissed at myself on the ptessure cooker doubles. I beat my sets by 3 (15 today vs 12 last week), but realized about set 10 that I shorted myself 10#. I wasn't about to restart at that point. Just noted the mistake in my notes and rolled on. Got 6 sets of lunges at 15%.

Revenge of the pressure cooker:
Crushed it this morning. In mexico. At 6am
Turns out eating 4lbs of steak and sweets the night before makes for a Great morning workout.
Got 13 sets this morning. Up from 11 last week.
7 sets for lunges.
Feeling great. Legs are cooked though.
Took me right at 45 min. My heart rate never dropped back below 145 after the third set of pressure cooker

This day was easy on my hand at least
I did more reps of the pressure cooker than last week, apparently I'm not doing nearly enough weight. I'll keep that in mind for next year.
I did 7 sets of the lunges at 10%. Last 4 sets of that was brutal in a good way.

Had to go back home for a funeral and missed Monday-Tuesday.
I am trying to decide if I should Start w/ Monday today or do last week's Wednesday-Friday and start week 2 next week
I am leaning towards pushing through this week through the weekend and into Week 3

Just tried a couple of those 5 second tempo pushups in the office, that's gonna be fun tomorrow

I'm in a similar boat, I'm going to run 6 days this week and 6 days next week. Be back on track for max week.

I have a feeling tomorrow will be a long-ish workout.
I have to hit at 5am workout tomorrow because they are making us sit in a meeting at lunch
Today sucked. I got 13 on the pressure cooker. I may have had one more in the tank, but I shut it down. My back tightened up again. And I took it easy on the lunges and got 5 sets.

15 on squats. Looking back I messed up last time. I did only 2 mins, that is why I tried not re racking…..I remember getting 4 or 5 without racking and I was too winded
I’m going to feel those 5 sets of lunges tomorrow

Thie one had my heart pumping! The tempo push-ups actually weren't as bad as I was expecting. After doing this style of RFESS, I was absolutely dreading these. Hoping for a less intense workout tomorrow. Something with heavy weight but slower-paced tempo.

Quick one today. Went faster than I thought based on the layout.
I got a feeling tomorrow is going to be a doozy.

Same.
Finished today in about 50 minutes.
I'm gonna guess we're getting seesaw again tomorrow

I'm dealing with numbness in my dominant hand
I could see that causing some issues. Typically push-ups cause issues with my wrists. I started doing them with more of a neutral grip. I make a fist with my thumbs out, then knuckles on the floor. It lets my wrist stay straight to keep the pressure off of it.
Would something like that potentially help with the numbness? Is it a blood flow or pinched nerve issue?

I like that these can be done in under an hour.

Got 18 sets at 330# yesterday. Took my sweet time on the reverse lunges as my legs were toast after squats. I think today is setting up for a lovely (not) Friday.

Day 16 - done
Been doing most of these at lunch but had to get it done this am. Fatigue setting in. Right at 40 mins for prescribed work but had extended warm up to get loose and everything in working order….
Ready for the weekend
Cheers fellas

That method wouldn't work for me, making a fist gives me a lot of pain in my middle and ring fingers. I'm suspecting it's carpel tunnel. Went to grab something at my daughter's birthday party Sunday and something went went very wrong
