That was a long arse workout today. Little suprised the rest time for bench was longer than deadlift. I wasn't sure if the tempo note on cardio was for the superset or just the pushups. I went with the slow tempo for the first set and quickly decided it was meant for just the pushups. Pushdowns and 21s at that slow tempo was torture!

Surely it was just meant for pushups.

Heck of a workout this morning. This one has been the longest session for me so far, and that superset to finish up really got me sweating. Having said that, the 3 second tempo pushups were like child's play compared to the 5s last week.

I'm blind and missed where it specifically says "b.TEMPO Close Grip Pushups".

What a workout. I think today was the most intense overall workout. Not the worst for squats, but the most intense in total. I was drenched in sweat after.

Worst part is that my gym doesn't have a shower, so it is back to work sweaty

Do you workout in a sauna?

No it was a regular gym. I do wish I had a sauna. That would be nice to sit in for a while if I didn't have to go back to work.

Actually no ozempic patients this afternoon. Lots of regular ole sick visits today.

Same here but it is a common thing for me.

Took the last week off due to vacation and today was a nice baptism via fire.

Today definitely had my heart racing. More so today than any other workout.

Today wasn't bad at all. Took me a little longer than anticipated. By the time I finished stretching and warm-up sets, I was 20 min in before I unracked the first working set.

The last 2 sets of 5 were fun/hairy/(pick an adjective). Weight is starting to stack up and I felt a little tenderness in my left knee. Might throw on a sleeve for a few days and see how it goes.

LOVED the zerchers. I hadn't done these before Squatober. Worked up to 185 and could've probably gone a touch heavier. I'd say the arm discomfort (not necessarily pain) was the limiting factor, not the legs.

Rows moved nicely and I bumped up the weight on sets 4 and 7.

Yesterday was intense and took 73 mins to complete. The whole month has been enjoyable even though some days are exhausting.
I look forward to the Zerchers and can feel the increase gains over that past 20 days.
Keep working and pushing

Yea, that last set of 5 took some effort.

Same, except I did 175 on those today. Considering my first set with them was 115, I'm pretty happy with that.

I had to swap the BB bent over row with a T bar row to accommodate my right hand issues, but otherwise, nice workout today.

Day 20 done yesterday evening. Meh not much for lifting after work but got it done

Day 21 done this am. Zerchers were a bit uncomfortable today, wrapped bar in towel but whatever they got done

2nd year with Squatober, I don’t remember zerchers last year at all but maybe they were in there. Anyway onward to 22

Cheers fellas

Thank God for a relatively light squat day.

My legs are cooked after today
