Hit it early today. Took me right at 75 minutes.

Great workout though. It was one of those where I feel awesome and just strong

Great start to the week.

The rest of the week is gonna be tough for me. I fly to Mexico tomorrow until Saturday. I'm bringing my belt and have to cross my fingers for a quality gym.

Eating thick won't be a problem though

Got it done this morning, but took way longer than the anticipated 55-60 min.

I did a lot of football watching and couch lounging this weekend instead of hitting some long walks. Feeling a little stiff going into a Monday is not ideal lol but I do feel recovered.. Lets hit it hard this week fellas!!

What is everyone doing for warm ups for Squatober? Today is the first day that has an actual warm up of some type.

I have been doing dynamic skips, kicks, and some of our old college football weightroom warmup, T-spine and body weight movements. I can't just roll into the big movements cold like AA seems to do haha

I use the leg day warmup from Arm Farm typically if he doesn't have a stated warm up. It is 3x10 kettle bell swings and then 3x10 kettle bell squats, then I do some stretching.

In addition to whatever is written, I do a decent amount of stretching and several warm-up sets.

Squat: 5@empty bar, 95, 135; 3@185
Bench: 20@empty bar, 8@95, 5@135, 3@155, 1@185
Deadlift: 5@135, 185; 3@225
(I stop the sets when working sets are close to top end of warm-up weight)

I've got to make up two days from last week, debating just picking up where I missed and powering through the weekend. But that would put me at 14 straight days, so maybe not.

I would just be a couple days behind. I would still take the weekends off.

Day 13 done. What a workout. Took me right at 65 minutes and I was watching the clock between sets. Hell of day.

Day 13 done - 1hr12mins

For warm ups I Always add warm up sets to prescribed barbell work… depending on day, various light warm ups to get loose, nothing set in stone just whatever is needed

Was dreading today’s but glad got it in the bank and on to tomorrow

Cheers fellas

Today was a little rough for me. Had some carpel tunnel flare up in my right hand over the weekend and got a steroid injection this morning, so I hit the gym this afternoon. Can't really grip much with that hand, but figured out I could get by if I didn't engage the middle and ring fingers.

Tomorrow looks interesting with the minimal focus on the lower body. Not used to that this month.

I’m glad for it. I felt something tighten up in my back today and I’ve been moving slow all day. I took some meds tonight and have been laying on a heating pad.

Much quicker day than yesterday. Simple and straight-forward. Enjoyed the Zerchers at the end. These are new to me and (since there isn't a recommended weight) I'm still trying to find the correct weight to use. I hope he throws these in a couple more times.

When y’all do pressure cooker, do you re-rack or just pause at top?

I always re-rack.

I usually rack it and take a breather. Normally I’m trying for one rep a minute.
