You?

I eat pretty clean and burn a bunch of calories running and lifting. I run more than lift because I like to be outside and I'm in Utah. I could stand to lose 5-10 to be really fit.

Low 50s, high 40s

Lots of zone 2/3 running the last four months have substantially brought mine down

To the point now I’ll be standing and doing something and my heart rate is in the 50s/60s

Usually low 60s. Eat clean, but drink too much. Minimal cardio, but I want to start running at some point. Probably 20 lbs heavier than I want to be. Focusing on lifting for now, but will shed fat again soon.

I can't do zones unless I run on pavement. My track is the Bonneville Shoreline Trail by the Hogle Zoo. The first quarter mile is uphill. I know the mitochondrial research and need to do more zone 2. Running on pavement blows though.

That's stellar. Jazzman John Stockton had a 29 resting heart rate when he was playing. I think he was a vampire or something.

60s. 110s when it's close in the 4th.

Awesome dude. I need to do more zone 2 to get there. Maybe you come by it naturally, but its impressive. You'll be carrying my casket.

Same. Mine is naturally low and doesn't change much if I'm in shape or not

Mine’s low 60s. Always. Is there a health benefit for it to be in the 50s?

Same. 7 day avg 48, 1 yr avg 51.

Run 4 days a week, lift 2 days a week, soccer 1 day a week.

Very similar to me. 7 day avg 48, 1 year avg 52.

Run 4 days a week and could probably stand to lose ~10 lbs. Limiting myself to 1 beer per weekday has really made a difference with my sleep quality and, as a result, RHR.

I’m an endurance junkie. I’ve seen upper 30’s when in tip top shape.

It used to be mid to high 50s. Until I got the flu a few weeks ago. It went up to mid 70s. Since I got better, it’s been slowly going back down. Right now it’s down to mid 60s.

Damn, that’s very impressive. I think lowest I’ve seen my RHR was 44. Every once in a while I’ll look down at my watch and see it in the 30s for a few minutes. Once it was 28–kinda freaked me out

Mine stays within 42-47. I run 7 days a week year round though.
