57

Doing bare minimum cardio, lift 4-6x per week. Switched to slight caloric excess when the pools closed, so heavier now (185#) than normal (175-180). Diet is usually okay, but can get messy on the weekends.

Biggest issue is my sleep sucks between young kids and work.

40s is crazy. Are y’all on beta blockers?

No

I work with guys who’s get into the 30s especially when they are sleeping

Knowing my resting heart rate is good bc if it’s elevated when I’m doing nothing it’s a good indicator I could be getting sick or my body is fighting something off.

Mine ranges from 51-55. I’m in good cardio shape but have never seen the 40s.
