He never plays Memphis so I think he wants to try and improve his game before the Tour Championship in Atlanta and needs 2 weeks to do so.

He was right. How often do we see someone chosen from a young age and put on tv that actually pans out as an all time great? 99.9% of the time they don’t

Rory is right most of the time, on LIV and Bryson for sure. He is a smart guy.
He is probably a little too outspoken at times (he was right about Bryson but maybe shouldn’t have said it during a Major). But in a world where almost no one says what they mean (Rory, Brooks and a few others are exceptions), it’s kind of nice.
I think he would get a lot less hate on here if he didn’t have a nasally voice with a European accent.

He never has had the “drive” of the the all time greats. Even in his prime he said he never wanted to work as hard as Tiger and he was happy to live with the consequences of that.

When it came to the fight against LIV, while Rory was talking about it Scottie was proving it with his play.
Rory may win another major or two, going to be tough as long as Scottie is around.

I think moving to England was a big reason why he almost divorced. So I kinda doubt he moves the family all the way to London then goes back to the US for 20+ weeks.

I like Scottie way more than Rory, but this statement makes no sense. Winning tournaments did nothing in the battle between the two tours. Rory was part of the meetings, spoke to the press, and was basically shredded for being the front man for Monahan. Then, Monahan betrayed him. I don't blame Rory for taking a step back now.
He's going to treat the rest of his career like swimmers treat big swim meets. Everything will be geared towards peaking at majors. Nothing else will matter to him. If he can pick off two more majors to get even with Watson or 3 more to match Player and Hogan, that is all he cares about now.

He maybe good but not at the Tiger level of winning 25% of his starts when he dominated for 10plus years. Rory hasn’t come close to that.
