You’re on every saints, pels, and now golf board talking about how awful New Orleans is. You post nonsense nonstop. You don’t even know what you’re talking about here. You’re a troll and i honestly respect it. If you’re actually not trolling it is terrifying how dumb you are.

The city used to be great, but you really want to defend a city that lets dead bodies lay visible in new construction for months when the inspectors falsified reports, constantly has flooding and pothole issues, takes 4 hours to respond to 911 emergencies, and elects Latoya twice and can’t recall her?

Yes, tell us all how it’s Rita’s fault. I love what you post. Please continue. Tell us more about Fazio renovating the south course.

My mistake on Fazio, City Park originally tried to hire him but he didn’t trust the city to get paid and hated the red tape and politics. They settled for Jones and you see the result.

you didn’t know who designed it much less the inner workings of how Reese jones was selected.

I genuinely wonder if you believe your own posts.

I doubt they do that. 11 months isn’t much time at all when it comes to golf course renovations

The amount of money spent on the renovation after Katrina and the end result truly highlights how corrupt and backwards this state is and always will be.

Just a disaster. TPC Louisiana cost $12.9M to build. New Orleans needs to sell City Park to the private sector.

I remember during the planing of Bayou Oaks was it supposed to be the New Orleans equivalent of Torrey Pines as far as being a public gem. Instead they came out with the most boring layout imaginable.

Just reprehensible what they did on some of the best property to build a corse in Orleans Parish.

To justify their disaster, the state of Louisiana doubles down to bring in LIV. That’s going to be a shitshow disaster once the players see that track it might force some of them back to the PGA tour.

To be fair, Torrey is a boring layout. But they have the ocean and cliffside views.

I’ll add that it might be the worst greens of all time as far as people fixing pitch marks. Too much play and no one fixes a thing.

This is an epidemic everywhere. I just played Torrey Pines South a couple of days ago and I couldn’t believe the marks all over the greens. I was fixing 8-10 of them about every other hole.

People take no responsibility for helping to keep the greens nice. Etiquette just isn’t passed on to the next generation like it used to be. Lots of people just deciding on their own to get in to the game and they are never told what their responsibilities are

This was South Course on Friday and the conditions were outstanding. Especially in July in SE Louisiana with all the rain they have been getting! Very impressive. They also do probably twice the amount of rounds of any course in the area.

Bullshite.

Just played the south course a few days ago. There’s a lot that doesn’t show up on TV. Tons of sloped fairways and greens. You’ve really got to know where to place your shot. Not to mention the thing is always in immaculate shape. I didn’t think there was anything boring about it
