One Swing Thought

Saw this mentioned on the Ping thread and it hits close to home. I always have way too many swing thoughts in my head when I play.
What is your "go to" swing thought to keep your game on track?

Light grip pressure. That's it. I don't think about anything else, because it all falls into place if I keep my grip pressure light.

Swing easy, not hard.

Just hit the ball, you're going to shoot 90 either way.
That's not my swing thought, that's my advice to you

keep right knee bent in the back swing
everything else falls into place, if it flexes then look out right

Bump the left hip towards the target to initiate the downswing, especially on the driver.
If not, that shite is getting pulled way left of target.

Once I set my hands on the club, look at a spot on the ball and swing. Try not to think about the swing, just try to hit the ball. My most important thing I try to do is get good hand placement.

This is two but mine are “head still” and “hands away.” But given the way I’ve been hitting the ball, it might be time to ditch these.

"slow is smooth and smooth is fast"

For driver I have two, but one is more of a setup thought:
"Show your face" - I have a tendency to close my clubface at address, so I make sure I can see the clubface at address
"Smooth backswing" - When my backswing gets fast, my whole swing does and it leads to a hook or hard draw
For irons/wedges, it's either "head down" or "ball first" depending on what I'm doing that day.

Keep right elbow to side, shorten backswing.

As of late, “swing your swing” from the late Arnold Palmer. It’s been working for now at least, but I’ve had probably 115 swing thoughts throughout my golfing years
I do like this one though because it simplifies everything and makes me feel confident that my muscle memory knows what my swing should be from range/practice swings and I have to just trust it now

Make the first move on the downswing a weight shift into the left toe.

"Attack the ball"
That's the last thing that goes through my head before every shot. It basically does a few things: makes me commit and be aggressive, stay down and through the shot, and not try to "steer" the ball - just trust the setup and alignment and swing as hard as I can.

And don't think about anything when you swing.

These are my thoughts as I address the ball, then when I am about to swing, it becomes 1 overall thought.
