This time of year it Seems like even with a new glove, sweat kicks in and it is slick as owl shite within 3 holes.

Anyone have a trick to avoiding this? I switch gloves every 3-6 holes, but would love to know if there is a primo glove on the market I should be using.

I had the same problem last year. Someone on here mentioned trying rain gloves for the summer months. I ended up buying the FootJoy Rain Grip gloves, and they have worked well for me.

^+1. They sell the grey/whitish ones on Amazon for like $25. Works well for me and I like the more subtleness of the grey/white versus the all black

I also like MG Golf’s DynaGrip Golf Glove but know some people don’t. For $7 each, they are hard to beat in my opinion

But yeah, it’s hot. Likely need a few pairs and rotate through every X holes and attach them to the cart/other to dry them out. I’ll take the heat if it means we get to play year round!

They make some Foot Joys now with the leather top and the “rain glove” bottom. I forget what they are called, but they dry quick. I have 2, put one on and strap the other to the bar on the cart and switch out as needed. Works well for me and O sweat like a whore in church.

These are what I have bought a couple of times. Gloves don't last long on my hands for some reason, but these don't seem to wear out as quickly as other kinds of gloves. I buy them more for their durability but the club also doesn't slip in my hand really ever.

Not sure if you are talking about the ones I get from Amazon but the Foot Joy TropiCool glove is the absolute best glove on the market for those that sweat a lot on the hands. My game will go to crap real quick once I feel the sweat in my grip. I’m so mentally weak when it comes to this that I also have a sticky grip rag that baseball players use. My glove never comes off and I’m constantly drying my arms and hands with a towel. I use the sticky grip for my right hand but the TropiCool glove is a must. The grip part is basically just like the rain glove but has a different top part. I cannot find this glove in any store. I’ve always had to order online but I have to say it is for sure best glove I’ve ever used to battle sweaty palms. It’s basically same price as any other glove on the market.

When I played full time, I changed gloves every other hole and rotated through 5 or 6 a round.

As mentioned, rain gloves are awesome. I bought one a few years ago and it is still going strong and is all I've used since I bought it. It is indestructible it seems.

If you like the rain gloves, try the TropiCool. The good thing about the TropiCool is it’s basically the same as the Rain Gllove version but you don’t have to buy a pair and waste one. Unless I guess you do wear two gloves.

No gloves checking in here. I havent worn a glove with my irons in 15 years. In the heat I just keep a towel close and wipe my hands before my shot. When it's bad hot I'll use one with my driver and fairway woods.

It's the weirdest thing, if I wear a glove with my iron, I chunk it half the time. I just can't do it for whatever reason.

Bridgestone Golf e Glove. Very breathable. I’m a Tour glove guy but in the summers it’s brutal. I go to this glove and can make it through a round rotating with 2 of them.

I generally use Srixon, good value, quality construction. I rotate 2. When my right hand gets stupid sweaty I'll put a rain glove on rt hand

Snell has a good glove and they are a real bargain when they are on sale.

PGA Superstore house brand is very nice as well.

I’ve been using this style glove for over 4 years now. They hold up just as long as any glove in the market. If you are looking for a glove designed for a humid, hot type atmosphere I highly suggest buying one and trying it out. It’s certainly worth trying as it’s not that expensive.
