Recency bias but Doom Eternal Ancient Gods 2 had me just setting down the controller with my mouth open.

Mass Effect 2. I broke Tali heart in the story and she just so happened to be the only one of my crew that didnt survive the final mission. It was on the few times a game actually made me feel something for the loss of character.

I beat Endwalker a few days ago.
It still has me pondering life. What’s crazy is Shadowbringers may still be better. I don’t know anymore. Both of those are probably my top.
FFX was it prior.
