What games would you like to see get the FFVII Remake treatment?

Other than the obvious ones like KOTOR or the N64 Zelda games, what are some classic games you would like to see get remade and remastered with modern graphics and what-not?

Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen
I wouldnt mind if they re-booted the whole series but kept the narrative somewhat intact. The series had ups and downs as far as the gameplay but the story was fantastic throughout all the games.

Undying is one of the greatest horror games ever and would make a great multiplayer game.
Needs a big refresh, but it would be fun.

One of the quest games like Quest 64 would probably be a fun refresh
I think an arcade brawler like Final Fight or Double Dragon but with a 3D element could be interesting

This was supposed to be getting a 4K upgrade. Not a full remake, but a graphical update for PS4, XBOne and Switch. They even had short playable demos available at gaming shows at the time. But that was in 2017/2018 and nothing was ever released again on it. Last update on that project that I see is from Oct 2018.

I honestly don't get why they haven't done this yet (other than spending a decade on cyberpunk I guess?). It would be a gold mine for them. There's a Witcher Con coming next month and CDPR is involved with it so maybe we'll get lucky and theyll reveal plans for it.
