Supposedly it’s extremely uncomfortably violent. Like you feel bad killing people so you’d rather do stealth.
I know with spoilers..... the game has been controversial. I don’t give a shite about that. I have had the general gist spoiled for me. I don’t give a shite about that. Quality is quality and if the story is told in a quality way, I’m open to it.
I didn’t like Last of Us Part I as much as most people. In part because I saw the ending coming miles away. Also in part because it just felt like a slower Uncharted game to me with a lot of moping around. But I do think the gameplay looks much more interesting this time around.
If you asked me 6 months ago if I was going to get this, I’d say no, but now I almost certainly am.

Given the absolute break in reality with recent sci-fi reviews vs the fan reaction, I'll wait to see the average fan reviews before getting excited. I'm still optimistic and the graphics look great.

I think everyone already knew that the VAST majority of game reviewing websites were paid shills with a heavily liberal slant. Unless they changed every single thing that was leaked a while back, I dont see how any of these scores are unbiased or any fan of the original could want to play this shite. Ellie being a lesbian is fine. Couldn't care less. But shitting on Joel, one of the most beautifully developed and nuanced characters ever crafted in video game history for the sake of bowing down like cowards to a loud but incredibly tiny portion of society that don't even play games but still demand that creators march in lockstep with their twisted ideologies?

I just sold my Pro to prepare for the PS5. Wasn't using it, everything I play is on the PC.
