Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake

“I talked to a couple of people, and I also found out that Jason Schreier said that it’s not with EA, and we’ll ‘never guess’ who the studio is that’s making this game,” Bespin Bulletin said on the podcast.
Bespin Bulletin was referring to a tweet made by Bloomberg gaming journalist Jason Schreier. In February 2020, Schreier’s sources told him that if a KOTOR remake were to happen, it wouldn’t be from Electronic Arts.

It's a truly great rpg. I would pay close to full retail for a fully fleshed out remaster of KOTOR 1 and 2.

Remake as in just update the graphics? The game was great, but if I remember correctly, the combat was old school RPG where you don’t control each attack, you just press a button to start the attack and hope you have the stats to win the battle.

I wonder if there's any relationship to the Ubisoft open-world SW game? I hope not. You need someone who is going to do a deep dive on the lore and RPG elements, not re-skin an Assassin's Creed game and call it KOTOR.

I’ll be honest, this is cool but what I really want is an open world Mandalorian game.
That show is basically a video game cutscene already. He’s always going on quests and shite to obtain upgrades.
