Pretty sure that isn't permitted, but I could be wrong.

More than likely you will not see that big of a difference in services. Everything XBL had an advantage in on the 360 ir no doubt going to be included with the new PSN.

Do you guys think someone is going to be watching you on the other end? It doesn't really bother me that it's always on.

An actual individual? No.

I'd just rather not have a camera connected to the Internet pointed into my living room.

I think that is a reasonable request, don't you?

I see your point but do you not have a phone with a front camera on it? Someone could be watching through that too, and it has your location.

Yea, I understand your position, but I'm fairly certain my phone's camera isn't designed to always be on. My battery life would be worse than it already is.

I am not a fan of my location being known at all times due to phone towers and I do have the GPS system always off.

Also, the two situations are hardly comparable. The Xbone camera is always on and I'm fairly sure it has to be pointed in the direction of the sofa, meaning it has to be pointed in the area of highest traffic.

Even if my phone was constantly recording video, it gets either a closeup of my face, ear, or the inside of my pocket. From a surveillance standpoint, that is a horrible design.
