This is actually a reversal of the roles from when the 360 and PS3 were launched.
It won't kill the Xbox. That is stupid. I predict Sony will greatly beat it in sales.
I also predict plenty of returns and angry parents after they purchase Xbone for Christmas and learn about the required Internet connection.

in other parts of the world people don't, that and MS just may have out priced the Euro and UK market.
Also say i have an xbox one and i got on vacation for a month and its not turned on and connected to the internet, what happens now?

Well, apparantly you need to get out more.

I'm torn. I prefer xbox live and the xbox controller.
However the hardware in the PS4 seems a little more impressive, lower price, and no restrictions on buying/trading games.
