I'm not sure if it actually gives drag timers unless you saw it die and I don't think it does buff timers but I could be wrong.

personally I was on the fence about it myself but its so prevalent now I figure why not.

This is true, kinda what I said about Riot's comments on it being no unfair advantage. If you don't see it die, you don't get the timer. No buff timers.

FF op if you just afk for 5:00 minutes.
I tried to gank in some games, but it puts me so far behind and you can't seem to snowball early game leads that it doesn't seem worth it.

Just farm your arse off as a jungler and hope your lanes don't feed. Then at 15:00; you're a god.

Hai is streaming from the hospital right now. He's fallen asleep a few times. He's wearing an oxygen mask. I'm not sure why he's in the hospital but it looks pretty serious.

ETA: Holy shite, apparently one of his lungs collapsed.

Ok teams don't know what feral flare is... or what it does... or what it takes.
I'm tired of explaining that early game is shite in this meta and that farming jungle is king.

I don't watch his stream much. Is he an elite player or just a great/entertaining streamer?

I want to punch kids in the face sometimes playing this game.

I wanna go one match...ONE without some f*cking kid feeding their lane 5 kills before ten minutes...just ONCE...please...

That and LoL guy who thinks "Oh, I'm gonna go 1v4 their team with no damage items....FIVE TIMES"

This game's community has THE absolute most ignorant, inept and incapable of learning players I've ever seen. Seriously...I'd be willing to bet money that 95% of this community would be considered medically retarded given the chance to be examined.

Here's some perspective:

Back in the day, there was this dude with no arms who streamed himself playing league. He had a special device that let him control things using his tongue or something, I don't know.

He was 1200-1300 ELO, back before silver/gold/etc existed as tiers. This is probably around low-mid silver level.

Someone with no arms and who played with their face was ABOVE AVERAGE, or at the very least, average.

Then some of these people need to bust out the machete, because losing games before the 15 minute mark because someone fed their lane 60 kills, is getting old.

I don't mind losing, I don't mind inexperienced players (to an extent). But if you're ranked in silver (or even Bronze I & II), I expect you as a player to have enough understanding of the game to not feed 5 mins into the game and look like you literally just installed league an hour ago.

I'm not that great, average on my best day like I always say, but one thing I've gotten pretty damn good at regardless of my skill level, is NOT dying unnecessarily. To me that's just as important as getting a kill sometimes. Knowing when a play isn't there and backing off to fight another day.

That's where you're wrong. The problem with Silver right now is that Riot automatically sets your elo at Silver 5-4 in your first season as ranked. If someone can get lucky and carried enough to win 5-6 games in their promos, you have people with less than 300 games played in their entire lives getting placed in silver 5-4. They don't deserve to be there, but Riot gives people the benefit of the doubt in their first ranked season. That's why it's a common opinion that low Silver is worse than Bronze, and from my personal experience, I agree. I've had more issues with teammates raging, not cooperating, not having game knowledge, etc. since I got back into Silver than the entire time I was in Bronze and I started in Bronze 3. That's why Silver 5 is by far the most populated division globally in the game.

Interesting stats. Makes sense.

Maybe I just approach the game differently. I can understand lack of game knowledge, being new, not understanding certain champions, etc...

But it just seems like common sense for any game, that if you've died 2,3 and 4 times the SAME way...you should stop doing what you're doing and adjust.

It's like people go on mini-tilt 5 minutes into a game where they died early. If I've learned anything in this season, you can be pretty far behind early and still come back to win if you keep your composure as a team.

ETA: I'm not sure what's worse. Blatantly low skilled guy or "Chill with the advice dude, it's just a game" guy....

I think the latter pisses me off more.

Rank don't mean a thing until your at least in gold. I'm in bronze and play with low silvers too. I could care less about your ranking. I care about your attitude and willingness to work as a team.

Its a crapshoot. I swear I think being in bronze makes a lot of the players not care whether they win or lose, because they are already at the bottom, so they just give up or afk if they get aggravated. Same probably goes for silver too.

Ex: the sion on my team last night that rage quit after dying once, 5 minutes into the game.

people go through phases.

when people start playing ranked, after a few weeks/months you start to get really mad about your team and shite.

eventually you get over it and just play to get better yourself and stop worrying about wins/losses. thats the way you have to look at it

That is the worst way to play solo though. It's almost impossible to not care about your team and also win at the same time. If you don't care about wins/losses in ranked why not just play normals? Ranked should be for players who care about winning rather than just having a good record.

I didn't see a significant increase in skill from high silver until I played my Plat promos. Ultimately silver is something that you have to carry yourself out of. Also having a duo partner helps a lot too until he abandons you like this mear guy I used to play with.
