Hai also can't go to all-stars so C9 will be using a mid lane sub for their games. All of the hype for them vs. SKT just completely died.

Xpecial is one of the best players, period.

its a program that integrates into the league client.
it lets you voice chat with other people who have it, keeps baron/drag timers for you and your teammates ult timers. pretty nifty

I'm not sure I'm super excited about the timers. As a decent jungler.... I don't need the other team to know when I killed their buff/ solo'd the dragon. It's gonna hurt my impact a little bit.
