Too much work and not enough room for profit

Did that and just turned it back on and it's working again. I think the thermal overload had kicked in. It's cooling now, but only after I went into my storage shed and carried my heavy arse 12,000 BTU window unit into the house and started to set it up

When was the last time your outside unit was cleaned? I know you mentioned an electric surge, but it can also trip out on head pressure. If your coil needs to be cleaned, it will cause high pressure.

$14.60/ft with Timco. Seamless K style with round downspouts

I didn’t get a breakout but I think it’s 300’ and 8 downspouts. If you take the downspouts out I think it’s around $12/ft

For high end sockets, wrenches and tool storage look at snap-on

I don’t think he is looking for snap on tools for “around the house”

Snap on isn’t worth it unless you are a full time mechanic who likes to blow money
I bought a 40 gal short from Ferguson supply for about $750

DIY'd it. Dropped old one from attic and pushed new one up. The pipe handle that others mentioned earlier in the thread is a big help with attic work. I made my own out of a 90, T, and piece of pipe that I threaded through the T into the 90. The T and 90 screw onto the hot and cold taps in the tank.

I would buy from a plumbing supply store and not a big box store. They look the same, but better internals.

re: Verizon service in and around BR

They have a few different plans, but its like $40/mo per line for the top of the line.
I have bad service with Verizon in areas of BR. Changing to US Mobile in 2 months. They have a function where you can switch between T Mobile, Verizon and ATT towers whenever you want.
Landscaping place near the baskin Robbin’s on airline

I got river silt from them and leveled my yard about a year ago

No torpedo grass yet

Missing important details like how old the kids are and where in BR you live.

If you live in riverbend, I don’t think you want to trek to episcopal everyday

Agco is good, but they don’t specialize in transmission. I’m sure they could do the work.

I had a bad pinion seal in the rear end of my truck and some metal shaving. They said I needed a new rear and wanted to replace with a used rear end.

I brought it to Zimmer gears and they repaired the seal and bearing for $1000 less than Agco wanted
I have noticed many pockets of terrible verizon service in Baton Rouge recently.

I pay $175/mo for strictly service on 2 phones. 4 more months and I am going to Visible to see what its about. I realize it is Verizon towers, but I can deal with the issues if I am only paying $60/mo. If Visible doesn't work I will try something else.

It's possible. I would also check your fuses in the air handler in the attic.

Here is how you can check your contactor to see if it is getting proper voltage, if you have a multimeter
