Battlefield 1 was a very solid game. Dog fights and sniping were enjoyable.
Also congrats on the marriage.

It's also believed that part of the team that was working on BC3 are working on BF3 Remastered.

That game was awesome and too ahead of its time. I miss those massive battles.

Vietnam would work better as an expansion pack like thet did with Bad Company 2

I enjoyed 1 but it just didn’t have the same staying power as 3&4 for me. Their design feels too arcade-y as the series went on. Call of duty was always better at that style of gameplay, bf needed to stick with a more tactical approach in my opinion.
And thanks, all’s going well with married life so far.

I think 1 was great. I don't think there was anything wrong with that game or model, other than I just don't think WW1 has that staying power for long term pvp. I played a ton of that game, but never really had a squad to play with because most of my friends still wanted a modern BF and got tired of 1 quickly.

Same, almost bought it on PC this week just to play again.

128 player matches in Battlefield sound incredible. I've always been one for huge multiplayer team matches, but battle royale isnt the same since its not team oriented. Hope these 128 player matches can be successful and promote a good team oriented environment instead of lots of skirmishes on a too spread out map

Up until this year, I'd still hop on 4 on xbox just to get a quick fix.

When it gets this big, it honestly makes the games "smaller" to a degree, unless it is a map like metro or something where it is just a giant clusterfrick. I enjoy both. It is a lot of fun on these larger scale type games to where it just seems like your squad going and trying to make maneuvers or maybe you decide one point is your point, and your squad is holding it against anything the other team tries to bring. It is a very unique dynamic you don't get in a lot of games.

Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam Expansion... hands down the most fun FPS I've ever played to date.
If EA still had the servers up, I'd still be playing it.
Loved this and also the 1943 air combat

I wonder if the squad will be upped to 8 if there's 128 players. The conquest maps are going to probably be the biggest ever and a squad of 8 would create awesome fights over flags.
If BF6 is going to be like BF3, I am in. I never even played BFV since it looked terrible from day one. I've been on COD since MW, but I miss BF and the destructible environments.

That would be a phenomenal change I would think. I can just imagine a little 8v8 skirmish for a flag, then all of a sudden another squad or two swoop in on both sides and it is just full on mayhem.

Someone with ‘insider info’ said there will be 4 squads under control of a ‘commander’. Squads will still be 4 players. So one player will essentially be able to command 4 squads or 16 players.
Makes sense because with 128 players it will be hard to take objectives with only 4 people working together.
