As of right now, I'll be spending my money on CoD4 Remastered.

Wasn't actual gameplay per Bravo Intel

Can't believe we still have to deal with that.

Correct. At the beginning of the trailer it said in engine footage.

If the campaign doesn't suck like usual I may actually play it.

I see flamethrowers. If I can pop a flamethrower and make a massive explosion, ala Division, will splooge.

To be fair, the Battlefront reveal trailer was in-engine content and the final game looked just as good. There's no doubt DICE pushes the graphical limits of these games, but I'm sensing a similar lack of content that Battlefront had.

Between the trailer and what details were provided, it looks like you only get 3 regions. French Town, Desert and Alps. I'm hoping it doesn't follow the Battlefront trend of having 3 big maps with the various game types using different parts of the map.

I'll get this and I'm sure I'll enjoy it, but I just don't think many people have a deep interest in WWI. Yes it was the first true technological war, but it's not glamorized like WWII was. Tell me a quality WWI movie or documentary that is out there. There are none, there's a reason why WWII has spawned so many games, movies and documentaries. America was involved in WWI, but not like other global conflicts.

Mostly bummed that I'm now years away from another all-out-war WWII game like 1942. I know you have the small studio games coming out, but they never stack up to the revolutionary game play of Battlefield games.

No one because they suck. I'm saying I would if it was good.

This gif sums it up. I'm jazzed for another Battlefield game, but just was hoping for WWII and Vietnam is all.

Yeah WWI wouldn't have been my 1st or even 2nd choice if it were up to me. But I'm pretty frickin pumped about it. The trailer looks like it has potential to be badass, and I'm ready for a change-of-era. The only fps games I've played hard that weren't set in the present day were COD WAW and the BC2 Vietnam expansion.

I'd rather have WW2 or Vietnam, but I'm going to play the hell out of this game. I want to hop on a horse with a trench gun and some explosives and wreck some shite.

This is my fear. It will not be a day 1 buy for me. I'll let it have a little time before I give it a go. It looks awesome, but so did the latest Battlefront.
