That would work, a few weeks wouldn't be bad, I'd stay with Gamefly and do that for sure.
Unless you mean 3 months, as in a movie in theaters time before it hits PPV and Red Box.

digital downloads and the future of all game sales being digital is just another reason why having an internet connection is necessary.
i don't see why this is so hard for some to get over.
but of course if I'd of told you in 1990 that phones would have cameras in the future. most people would have laughed.

that's what i got to eventually to UltimateHog above.
we can already rent movies on xbox movies. probably the same on PSN's movie store.
digital download demos already have timeouts.
what's next?
full digital downloads that you can just rent.
no middleman. no pick up. no drop off. instant.

well thats just shitty to limit the customers options if they see fit to get another game. shite developers don't give a shite if their game gets traded in after its been sold once but if that person trades a game in to buy another they have made its a win win, esp in the EA series sports games when you still get 10 bucks for the previous years edition.

All I want to say is that if there is a huge influx of former XBox players, PS4ers are fricked. The sheer amount of 13 year olds will be brutal. That's all I damn heard during my brief online relationship with XBox. frick guys, we be doomed.

Which is why I read and watch multiple reviews before I buy a game from a series I'm unfamiliar with. People aren't responsible buyers in the gaming market. They like to be reimbursed for being careless and it's irritating to me.

Correct.
I also just thought of how easy it would be for the likes of EA to add an Origin App and Ubisoft to add a Uplay App to Xbox to retail their own games like they do on PC. You could even buy the game on your PC, phone, etc and the game would be on your Xbox account when you log in. All of this already happens on PC.
Other publishers would follow suit if so. What I am getting at is that Xbox Marketplace won't be the only way to get a digital key for a game so you still have that competition going on.

It's too late. The 13 year olds have made the jump because they are the easiest swayed and this time PS4 is giving them a mic with cross game chat so they can let you know the number of times they frick your mother.

Thank God. I absolutely cannot stand the people on reddit because they're cheap as hell and want everything to be under $20 because their asses work at a Burger King and can't afford anything else.

yup.
which is why this physical DRM crap, needs to be dropped completely.
this is a much more feasible and understandable plan for the future.

I feel like today I have to educate you on a whole lot of cool features on the internet.
There are these things called playable demos where a game publisher is kind enough to let you play either a portion of their game or a timed play limit so you can judge if you would like to purchase their game.
There are also unlimited videos on Youtube of most games you can watch and help make a desicion about said game.

i know what they are and use them
the only game i truly got suckered on was homefront but plenty of people don't take advantage of these things. The whole turning in previous editions of game to get something back to a new years game is very legit

I want something as cheap as I can find it because one does not reach OT baller status being stupid with money. However, if I see enough value in something I have zero issues paying for it.
