What are your top foods for energy and “feeling good” and how often do you eat these foods?
For me it’s broccoli, baby spinach and brussel sprouts.
I try to eat 2-3 times a week.
Steamed broccoli
Baby spinach on a sandwich, wrap
or salad.
Roasted brussels.
What ya got?

Steak. Eggs. Bacon.
Sometimes all together.

Around 30 hours of not eating.

Ice cold watermelon in the summer months, especially after working outside and feeling drained. The cold helps cool me and the liquids replace those lost through sweating with an added bonus of it being sweet.
I also like raw apples sliced pretty thin and hit with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and put in the fridge to marinade for a few hours and get cold. The combination of sweet, sour and salty is pretty refreshing.

Daily Smoothie:
1 cup yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 tsp honey (getting a bit crazy here)
Handful of spinach
Sprinkle of cocoa powder (maybe a tablespoon?)
Ice cubes
Water
I agree with the watermelon answer too.

I make a smoothy for breakfast. It is pretty power packed. I am a very busy guy, so I have to have plenty of energy.
Handful of blueberries
4-good sized strawberries
6-cubes of pineapple
1 tablespoon of hemp oil
1 raw egg
handful of spinach
half a banana
glass of cranberry juice

90% of my diet is protien/fat. I need it to function. I am so adjusted, if I were to eat carbs I would sleep for a few hours.

Just curious if you've ever done this before? I've been doing this for decades now and the first time someone saw me doing it they thought I was nuts until I let them try it and they converted to eating it too.

No I’ve literally never heard of this. What I was trying to say was after reading your post about it I really want to try it

Chicken and pasta. Based on the old days when I was expecting to dance at concerts.

Wonder if I could substitute tomatoes for apples?

Yes you can. One of my favorite summer garden salads is cucumber and tomatoes with a bit of crushed garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and let that sit for a few hours to absorb some of the dressing in the fridge and eat that cold.
