Been making wings a lot lately in the air fryer after discovering how good they come out compared to baking them in the oven.

Gone traditional with a buffalo sauce and blue cheese dip, but now thinking about doing some Thai chili style wings.

What other ways do you like to coat your wings? Looking for new ideas.

Is this a brand that you purchased or do you have a recipe? Sounds awesome.

Korean style. Basically replace your hot sauce with gochujang and add some ginger, soy sauce, and garlic. A little rice wine vinegar to thin it.

Sorry I’m bad at exact measurements

ETA: Something like this

This has been my go-to recently. Picked up a few hot sauces from Heatonist, and this one is my favorite.

Keep it simple. Crystal Sauce and Butter. Sometime I'll add a little honey.

If you have a Trader Joe’s around, their Korean BBQ is awesome. If not, its an easy sauce to make. Plenty of recipes online.

Honestly I'm a sucker for Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. Mild, parm-garlic, caribbean jerk, teriyaki, etc.

Don't even get me started on their lemon-pepper or chipotle dry seasonings.

Butter, louisiana hot sauce, red chili flakes, blackening seasoning, and a couple dallops of vietnamese chili garlic sauce (not Siracha, the other stuff).

Sometimes I also add a spoon full of brown sugar.

This is what I usually do. Sometimes I add cayenne, sugar, worcestershire and vinegar
