Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo wing sauce

Yep... I'm a convert. It has the quintessential Buffalo wing sauce flavor and proportional spice level.

I like it A LOT!

I like Moore’s as well. Sometimes I do half Moore’s/Half Stubb’s Sticky Sweet BBQ. Makes a pretty good wing sauce. Little sweet n spicy

I like mine thick. I'll even sprinkle with hidden valley ranch powder to thicken it even more.

Cup of regular Frank’s(not the Buffalo), 3 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon vinegar. Much better than Frank’s Buffalo Sauce.

Back in the 80’s when bw-3 had just one then two stores, I always heard that their Wild sauce was just Frank’s and butter. I always assumed there was extra vinegar added to make it more tangy. I’ve never actually tried to make it myself. But hot sauce and butter is the basic recipe for Buffalo wing sauce. And you serve it with blue cheese dressing and celery.

I swore off B-Dubs a long time ago. A couple years ago I stopped in to pick up a bottle of Wild sauce just to see if maybe I could make some Wild wings at home. The ingredient list was a mile long with a lot of ingredients that sounded more like chemicals than food. I just threw it away.

Most of the store bought ones are ok but I like Moores the best.

We make our own traditional lately for smoked wings though, if for no other reason than I love the smell of buffalo sauce all over the house.

It's pavlovian, I smell it and I need to get a beer and find a football game immediately

I use SBR Wing Sauce at least once a day. Sandwiches, quesadillas, etc. Good stuff for sure.

Melted butter, steens cane syrup, chocolate plague hot sauce, and a little louisiana wing sauce for the tang.

14 downvotes for the quintessential store bought Buffalo sauce.

Franks is Buffalo sauce. Everything else is a variation, and none of them are better.
