Why does Burger King suck so much?

Like, I ordered the new sourdough king and they didn't even bother toasting the bread.
Every time I get BK, I end up disappointed.

At least you can eat there without taking out a second mortgage. Unlike 5 Rapists Burgers and Fries

Idk but sometimes you’ll walk by one like in a grocery store plaza and you can smell this amazing smell of burgers coming from the restaurant, are they cleaning the grills and pumping it out, it’s only every so often and I think it’s done on purpose, maybe not but it makes me want BK ever time...
but yeah there very slow.

My favorite lunch in Baton Rouge was at Ronnie's Ribs. I could walk through the Jamaican buffet line and be eating at my table within minutes. The view looking out the restaurant window was that of a Burger King with cars wrapped around it. It took cars 10-15 minutes to get through the line to pick up their "fast" food, and by this time I was usually done eating. I had no idea that the BK line of sheep is also made up of disappointed repeat customers.

Not all have equal talent. My BK has 5* burger engineers.

The only time I ever received food poisoning is from a BK breakfast burrito and I am surprised I lived to even say that. Will never go back again.

You've got to keep it simple at any ubiquitous fast food burger place. If I go to BK or McD, I just get a double cheeseburger, or two because they are about the size of a hockey puck these days.

When I was in High School.. Early 80's.. BK was good.. I don't remember eating BK after that, lol.. I had it in the mid 90's and it was still good.. But shortly after that it went to shite and the only time I had it was when I had a coupon..and that was at least 4 years ago and it sucked..

Burger King is the worst. They usually have horrible service, a dining area that is disgusting and food is subpar.
I'm still anti mayonnaise after taking 2 bites of a Whopper that was slathered in it.

You must be going to a bad BK.
Their burgers are by far the best of the ‘big three’ and Wendy’s has taken over the title of ‘worst service’ of the 3.
But Popeyes has them all beat for worst food and worst service.

Ironically it seems like this is only in Louisiana
Popeye's outside of Louisiana usually has solid service
So does just about every other fast food place

I eat Burger King maybe twice a year but a few months ago I went and ordered the same thing as you. I get home and it’s just a regular whopper, not even the sourdough. This is every time I have gone to any location, they can’t get my order right. In the 80s/90s when they stood by “have it your way” well that was a different story

Once they get their $15 per hour they will do better. Promise.

BK has tasty burgers when done properly and served fresh. Problem is, most of their employees in BR are absolutely horrible so you rarely get food that is done properly and fresh.
BK, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's & Popeyes seem to have all given up in BR on having good and friendly service and yet people still keep flocking to them.

Was sorry to see them shut down, but was excited to see the Cast Iron Kitchen open in the same Hi Nabor strip center. Until the owner turned out to be a low-life thief & arsonist.

Like, I always stick to a whopper with cheese.

In the 2020s if you order using the app it will usually be your way. Not having to talk to anybody really improves the order accuracy and communication
