Found this nice warm whiskey cocktail online and am trying it out. I’m impressed!
Seaside Toddy
-2oz Islay
-3/4oz cranberry juice (I used Pama instead)
-4oz hot water
-1oz Genievre syrup (1/4c hot water, 1/4c honey, 1 tea bag: mix and seep for 5 mins)
- Rosemary sprig and lemon zest
If you have the stuff give it a shot. I cut the water in half though. That’s too much for my taste

I got a single barrel Sazerac from Hokus Pokus in LC. Fantastic for the money and much better than off the shelf Saz Rye.
