T00f how you like the BH Toast? I had a chance to grab one today but got to taste it first. I passed but to be honest I’m not a Basil Hayden fan to start with.

Good nose, decent taste, but zero finish. At least that was my take from it. I really enjoy the OS High Rye pick from acquistipace last year. Was disappointed in this 13 though. Not bad, but not what it should be. I think that’s what Curds and Lunch thought as well, but we went through enough bottles that I could be losing track who liked what

Curds bought it in Madagascar he said. Sounded like it was rare and cost a pretty penny. Seems like there ain’t no replacing it. Seriously it was incredible. Nose came off like rum cake to me with some pineapple notes. Taste was a huge flavor bomb of sweet vanilla and cake. I should’ve snuck it out of his house and into mine
