Well toof this is also a great pour. Been watching you brag on it, so I grabbed a bottle along with that coopers. This is loaded with caramel. Excellent stuff indeed.
ETA: I feel like I’m getting allspice in this? Not sure, because I’m not the best at IDng flavors. I do think that’s what I’m getting though. Reminds me of whiskey balls I made a few years back that were seasoned with allspice.

It’s so good MDS .. I saw that Peerless came out with a (distillery only) double oak. Man would like to get ahold of a bottle of that.

Right place right time. Got very lucky. I feel you though. I was in the Roises that put out the TH handy twice that morning. And missed it between my first trip at 8:30 and when I went back for soda at 12:15. Brutal.
