I'm sure there would be lots of people interested in taking some old stock off your hands, we definitely are.

Ok. Just to show that I am willing to do anything for the good of the group. I brought out both bowmans and the bulleit for comparison. Tasting report to come.

I let it sit at least until I'm done cleaning up and tossing empty bottles. I want to do a side by side with old and new to see if I can tell...I don't know that I can at this point.

FPD This is so good. Mr Rutledge went out with a Bang. If y'all have connections to anyone near gift shop, pick this up.

I'll tell ya where to look.....go to the benchmark....then the benchmark peach. I put some gems behind those because I know not e'rybody can spend the dolla dolla bills on that nectar. So it's safe for a while.

I put off opening a beautiful bottle of Taliskers Distillers Edition (which is scotch and therefore better) last night to review the Bowman Vs. Bulleit review. Things I do for y'all.

I am going to stand by my original review.
John J. Bowman: Its a solid bourbon. Nice oakyness. Reasonable finish. It does lack a bit in flavor complexity. Finish was reasonable. Its like a Honda Accord of bourbon.
Bowman Brothers (Small Batch): Similar to the John J. Bowman but with a very strong cinnamon flavor. Like.. VERY STRONG. Strongest I have ever tasted. A bit off-putting actually.
Bulleit 10yo: IMHO, it's just better. Taste is better and substantially more complex. Finish is better.

How much does the gift shop charge for it? I may have to make a weekend trip soon.
