Yup. Dickhead for sure. My bad. Took it down.

Since you and the other idiot who replied to my post clearly lack basic reading comprehension skills, let me put it at the 3rd grade reading level for you.
This guy ironically cares about the inspection sticker law enough to keep that current, but not enough to pass it legally. It’s just ironic.
I don’t care either way - but nowhere in my post did I say anything at all suggesting anything you said above.
In other words, STFU.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. I actually had to sound out a couple of the words but I made it through. I don't drive some lowrider ghetto mobile but a luxury black Japanese sportscar and the extra tinted windows look better. Only on the side not the windshield. I would actually like to get it inspected yearly for brakes/tires etc. but that is difficult with the windows. Seems like all I can find is someone that would put a sticker on horse which is what I guess I need to do.
If you have trouble with any of those words try sounding them out.

I love these posts.
This guy is so concerned with following the law about inspection stickers that he is seeking how to get one done.
This guy is also not concerned with following the law at all as it relates to tinted windows.
Since you've gone to the trouble of illegally tinting your windows, why not go all the way and live dangerously and skip the inspection too?
Wow... Love the hate. I assume you also only drive the speed limit. Only cross roads at the crosswalk. Have never tried an illegal substance. Never drank before 21. Always use your turn signal when switching lanes.

Try the place.. Not sure of the name but it's the only one on that stretch of road. They are pretty lenient. I'll delete this later so they don't get in trouble
Got it. Thanks.
Auto State Inspection with Tinted Windows
Posted by SnglMaltScotch on 3/30/22 at 1:02 pm
I am new to the East Side of Baton Rouge and need an auto inspection. My windows are tinted above the legal limit. So I need somewhere where that won't be a problem.
Any suggestions?

I realized I do not have enough warm pajama type clothing for my now semi-permanent work from home job.

Chow Yum Phat is ridiculously good food. I doubt their atmosphere measures up but I don't plan on dining in any time soon.

I should get more of my house chores done. No sports to watch. No going out with friends. No dinners out.

I'm kinda with TA.
Putting together a list would take a minute.
I have a leftover bottle of LA1 that not even diet coke can save.
I'm out of Crown though.

How Athletic Are You
Posted by SnglMaltScotch on 3/2/20 at 3:04 pm
How many meters head start would you need to beat Usain Bolt in a 100m dash?
How many meters would you need to beat Michael Phelps at his peak in the 200m swim?
How many shots would you need to beat a tour player at Augusta National?
Could you walk a marathon tomorrow?
Would you make 50 out of 100 free throws?
Could you make 4 out of 10, 25 yard field goals with no defense?
Guys: Would you make a good D1 women’s basketball team?

My boss and I are selling our whiskey and bourbon collections. Where would be a good place to find out what they are worth? Thanks IA
If you live near Baton Rouge, I would love to have first look at your collections. I don't post here much but I am pretty well know in the Baton Rouge bourbon community
and would treat you fairly. There is a reasonable chance I would buy it all. Depends on what you have of course.

Seeing as you said whiskey and not bourbon, and scotch is better than bourbon anyway, I would suggest Glenfiddich 18. It is available in every decent liquor store in the country.

Walk into Benoit's on LA1 in Addis (if you are local to Baton Rouge)
Look the lady in the eye and say, "I would like a 3/4" ribeye seasoned" or "2 X 3/4" ribeyes seasoned if you have a significant other". (Feel free to increase your thickness if wish because they custom cut them for you but 3/4", some starch, some vegetables is a full meal for me.)
Take your steaks home and put it on the counter. Do not put it in the refrigerator. If you must, make sure you take them out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours ahead of time.
Take your cast iron pan and put it on the top rack under the broiler for 10-15 mins. Make sure your cast iron is ridiculously clean or you will make a smoke storm.
Place steaks in smoking hot cast iron pan. Keep the broiler on and cook for 2mins 15 secs.
Flip and cook for 2mins 15 secs more.
Remove from pan, let rest 5 mins covered in tin foil.
This makes a med to med rare steak. I am a bit more towards medium where Mrs. SnglMaltScotch is a bit more towards rare/med rare so I take hers out a few seconds earlier than mine.
It's really not that hard. Enjoy.

Watching my son walk across the graduation stage.
I have watched it twice now for high school and undergraduate.
I will get to watch it again in May when he graduates from law school.
