1PD - Tomatin 12. I'm surprised it was so hard to find around me, but my old faithful spot didn't let me down. I really like this one, especially for the price.

yeah the string on fire thing. We use a saw in our shop to cut bottles when people bring them in. The bottle makes it about 90% of the time. We just cut the tops off of a bunch of handles of bullit that someone is using for a wedding as center pieces.

Alright gents, official announcement. We are doing our next event, two weeks from tonight. It'll be downtown at The River Room. It's a new bar, where Red Star used to be. It's a nice place, very chill location, lots of comfy chairs and everything.

Our flight will be more robust this time, going with all Cask Strengths. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof, E H Taylor Barrel Proof and Old Scout 9 year Bourbon Cask Strength. Still working on the giveaways, will have some more info on that later.

Sounds like you have it figured out. At least it's downtown so she doesn't have too far a drive.

I use photobucket.

I saw someplace and I think posted in this thread somewhere a set of BTAC drinking glasses. Cut just above the label. So I want to try that...still not sure how you clean up the cut glass so you dont cut yourself on it. Just never got around to getting a cutter and looking into it more.

Here it is

That is pretty cool. I saw a YouTube video on doing this several years ago and I'm pretty sure they said to sand down the edges with a fine sandpaper. That will help not make them sharp. Definitely do the research yourself but I'm pretty sure that's what they recommended.
