I have a short business trip to Puerto Rico next week. I won't have much time in San Juan. Any tips on where to find Blanton's SFTB?

I found them in the duty free shops.

Yeah I figured Duty Free. But I'm not flying in to San Juan airport and I may have time to go to 1 place in San Juan. Was hoping someone may have been there recently on a cruise or something and knew a specific place?

I'm buying a bottle of Doublewood for the first time this weekend.

Gonna see what the Scotch game is all about.

Taking over the bourbon world one anonymous internet poster at a time...

If your looking at the doublewood and the Caribbean Cask is available you might want to consider that one. I am not a personal fan because it is pretty sweet but it's a solid transition into Scotch.

Whose Next!!!??

That Caribbean cask is delicious. The lady got me that for Christmas last year. Highly recommend it. Thats what made me get more interested in scotches actually.

Any thoughts on Old Forrester Bottled in Bond or OF Original Batch 1870?

Lol that'll never happen. I like a few more scotches now than I did two years ago. Definitely want to add more to my palate. Doubt that I will ever enjoy them as much as my bourbon though...

Same here.

I'll never be as fancy as you fellers with your book learnin' and fitted britches and shoes.

I have one of each reserved but I have not tried them (or picked up) yet.

And yea I still like my nasty ol bourbon more...but dont mind some of these scotchs. Kinda like Ryes...good from time to time but not my main stay.
