Seems like a lot of dashes/drops but if you like it that way then that’s all that counts.

Hey toof. Why do you get downvoted so much here? You’ve always been a good poster as far as I have noticed, but I alway see your posts get 2-4 DVs on the regular. Did you make enemies?

Been meaning to ask. Seems odd that you’re always targeted lol

There are bad seeds on here that just have hate in their hearts.

That said, if they are downvoting they are paying attention.

You might be a rare lucky one at the ABC, dont go to any others in Alabama, otherwise have to drive to Pensacola

what’s your old fashioned pointers

"Sirop De Saizon" in my humble opinion is hands down the best syrup to make an old fashioned with. It's a buddy of mine who makes it with his wife out of there house, that's what got me to buy to try it, but since I've had it the taste is what keeps me buying it. He was first selling from their house, then started a website, and now has it in stores at Nunu's & Champagnes in Youngsville, and Hokus Pokus and Calvins in BR. He uses brown sugar, molasses, vanilla and some other stuff for a wonderful concoction.

2oz Rye (bourbon is fine, but to me the rye is a good contrast in flavor profile to offset the sweetness of the syrup)
3/4oz Sirop de saison
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters by The Cocktail Experiment
1 orange peel
1 Stonewall Kitchen Bada Bing Bourbon cherry

I mix the rye & sirop, stir lightly.
Drop in large ice cube
Add bitters and shake gently

If anyone is interested you can look it up at siroptradingco.com

Yeah I find posting pics difficult using phones. Using imgur directions someone posted on here recently I find it's hit or miss. Sometimes it gives me the .jpeg link while other times it doesn't. I have to get on the computer to get the right link and fix it.

Doug after you upload to imgur you have to tap the photo first, then tap the arrow at the bottom and tap copy. If you do it prior it gives you a link with a html at the end as opposed to a ,jpg. has to have the .jpg or gif or png at the end to show up here

what are these like? I have some chocolate bitters I use sometimes for a changeup from the orange bitters. Curious what these are that you use.

Love Eagle Rare. But that single barrel seems impossible to get. It’s nuts how most of the BT line is gone.

I’m heading to Houston this weekend. Hoping to find some new bottles at Specs. Any other hidden gem liquor stores out there? Specs is immensely popular. I saw someone post about a store Beaumont recently?
