In hindsight, I wish I had grabbed a Yippee while I could. I've never had it, but I've heard it's an unusual flavor profile

If you have something good I will trade you 2oz samples of that rye so you can try it before buying.

Thanks TA for that offer. Not sure I have anything you would consider a fair trade to sample. I have 52 bottles (bourbon/scotch/whisky) in my collection but no big knock outs but a lot of great bottles and everything I have is open. Just got the 2020 Laphroig Cairdeas that I really like on the scotch side. I’m working on getting an 18yr Glenmorangie. I’ve made a collection list of everything I have on my Distiller app. Maybe I can send it your way and let me know if you see something you wanna try.

It’s delicious. There may be a couple bottles floating around here and there.

I think I saw it at Churchill's over the weekend. It was one of their limited release bottles, but can't recall which one.

Speaking of High West, the worker there told me they are stopping distribution and only will be selling direct from their distillery. Anyone can confirm or deny this? I hope it's false. I'm a fan of the HW series.

Myself as well. I love their Campfire but that is def a love/hate bottle for most. The MWND is off the charts but hard to come by. Sadly I just finished the one I had. Supposedly it is released once a year and usually around November. I have not heard about them seeking strictly from distiller. Hope that to be false too.

Acquistipace in Mandeville sells half bottles of their ryes for $25. The full bottles are $65. I'll let you do the math , but it's a great deal. I buy a couple at a time and come out ahead

They recently released a distillery only finished version of Campfire. Would have been an interesting pour if I could have gotten a hold of it.

What does this cost usually? There are a couple of bottles on the shelf at a local store. $159, but this store is more expensive than the others in my area.

It's 80-90 msrp. A local Rouses had four or five of them last winter. Should have bought more than one, but that was the first time trying it.
