Sam Adam's summer ale.

Normally I wouldn't go for it, but that slight hint of lemon helps cut through the salt.

Not something I’d normally buy, but been to couple crawfish boils that had kegs of this and it was great to wash down crawfish.

I still drink it. The next mix is just a bit more bitter due to more andygator.

Preferably very cold. Been getting into Yuengling lately.

But it can be almost anything but Lite beers. Heineken, St. Pauli Girl, Rolling Rock, Dos Equis, Corona, etc.

My go-to is Abita Amber. But Paradise Park is probably really good for a boil.

Karbach makes a beer called Tasty Waves for you east Texas baws having a boil.
