Any of these are perfect for crawfish
This one usually makes an appearance around the spring time and is an excellent crawfish beer IMO

Good beers while boiling -- IPA's, PA's, Sours, etc..
It doesnt matter much to me while actually eating the crawfish. Usually Miller Lite or Budweiser while eating.
