Tropical fruit cocktail cooked down in a sugar sauce with a little vinegar over some fried chicken strips makes an awesome home made sweet n sour chicken

Canned mangoes are my new go to. They are awesome by themselves, sprinkled with tajin seasoning, or put in a cobbler. Pineapple is number 2
