Something i can sink a spoon in. A good hardy soup, chili or gumbo is hard to beat in cold weather.

Mine too. Bolognese sauce is a distant second.

For casserole, I love chicken, broccoli, cheese, and rice.

I make a keto version now, but it’s still delicious.

Mine is probably gumbo.

But a good heavy pasta is nice as well.

Then tomato soup and grilled cheese

I'm not sure that I have an outright favorite but I absolutely love a good potato soup on a cold day.

Same here, but if I make a nice lasagna casserole, I'm not turning my nose up at it-----and I make a damn good one.

It's tough to beat red beans and rice with cornbread.

I don't make a roux for the cheese sauce.

Cauliflower "rice" or Konjac "rice" instead of real rice.

No bread crumb or any other fillers. No cream of anything soup
