Fajitas, at least when I lived in Louisiana. It's a different ball game now that I'm in Texas. I definitely still beat out the major chains though.

That guy just internets. No possible way someone who lives online as much as he does practices even 10% of what he posts about. While he may be correct in theory, it’s not based off experience and therefore he should, at best, be ignored. At worst ridiculed for being a complete fraud. Your not making red beans and rice, grilling steaks, boiling crawfish and all the other shite he pretends to be an expert on if you never log off the internet.

It was a joke. A play on words from the OT. Relax.

You shouldn't let a stranger on the internet affect you so badly.

I cook a pretty good steak, but you just can't really buy the same quality meat that a good steak house is going to use.
Calandro's Prime Filet - best cut of meat i've ever eaten.

I buy their prime Ribeyes fairly often. Ribeye is my favorite cut for whatever reason. I can make a good steak but I still don't think mine is nearly as good as Ruth's.

Pasta dishes - I make all of my pasta and sauces fresh. Now if I was in Italy, I wouldn't be making this proclamation.
Mexican rice and guacamole - most Mexican restaurants really lack at this part of the menu. Much too bland. The same can be said about the refried beans at most places.

That's kinda embarrassing when I already replied to that and didn't melt whatsoever.
It's a pathetic post tbh. No one should melt that hard over a self proclaimed idiot online.

Buy a whole ribeye rack and separate it yourself.
