No really, I'm not a fan of the place. My first experience was in BR and being Copeland's of New Orleans, I figured I couldn't go wrong ordering fish. I got the grilled amberjack and it was one of the driest fishes anyone's cooked for me. Still not impressed to this day.

neither am I. however, we go once every quarter for a "business" diner. just wanted to get opinions so I can maybe find a "diamond in the rough".

If I go there, I get the blue cheese salad with apples and almonds and warm crab claws or bayou broccoli. I got a muffalatta to go one time and it was awful. Tossed it in the trash. Don't get that. The steaks are gray or they were when I had one. No sear at all.

Shrimp an Tasso pasta is the only thing ive gotten there the two times I went. Was good.

IIRC, it's the same recipe. Throw a little (probably alot) butter in right at the end.
