They're better. The Monroe Copelands has gotten pretty terrible, but I'll still hit the Sunday Brunch a time or two a year. Boiled shrimp, catfish and RBR are pretty solid.

I've seen it, but I don't think I've tasted it. Didn't look appetizing to me, but I'm picky about corn. It looked overcooked and not too fresh. Long time ago, though.

Their style of food works for bunch, IMO. Lots of heavier dishes with sauces that could easily double as sauces on benedict and other brunch items.
Also, I want to say they were one of the first (if not THE first) restaurant[s] to do bottomless mimosas in BR.

Back in day after a big Saturday night a group of us would stumble into Copeland's about 11am and blitzkrieg the Sunday brunch buffet and the bottomless Mimosas in an effort to get back right. Good times. Fast forward to about 2 years ago and I was hungover in Monroe waiting on a golf tourney to start at noon. Me and my playing partner go to Copelands to blitzkrieg the sunday brunch and bottomless mimosas like old times. Our $150 tab informed us that the mimosas were no longer in fact bottomless.

Looking at the menu you wouldn't think to order a burger but the Copeland burger on a croissant is really good.

There is no recipe. They come from a food service supplier. Cajun cannons, Popeyes, and cope lands all have the same beans.

The crab claws are my fave. My husband likes their tomato basil chicken.
