I stuffed a couple of pork tenderloins with a cream cheese, spinach and sun dried tomato mixture and bacon wrapped- it turned out really good.

Peppers, mild or hot… grilling seems to bring out some flavor and great on fajitas.

I love grilled asparagus but can’t get them crispy like restaurants, if anyone knows tricks for that.

Cabbage- quarter a head, oil & season, grill getting some nice marks & char on all 3 sides, move to cooler side to cook allow center to soften a bit. this part is important, set quarters on round side and liberally hit with lemon juice. let it set in for a couple mins.

Kimchi Hot Dogs- grilled dogs on buns with mayo & kimchi. we're trying to eat more fermented foods and this one is quite tasty.

Ham steak- very versatile for breakfast, lunch & dinner

Lots of veg already listed, green onions are good too.

Grilled Romaine is surprisingly good. Very quick and easy. Wife turned me onto it last summer. Minimal ingredients too.

Also a big fan of marinated shrimp skewers.

And I love grilling skirt steak, hot and fast.

I'll add one:

Stuffed Poblano's

I like to stuff them with Rouse's loose cajun or green onion sausage and obviously wrap with bacon.

Coat the whole peppers with olive oil and onto the grill for a good char all around. Remove, let cool then cut in half long ways. Remove seeds then place a bit of the sausage in, wrap in bacon and then back on the grill away from direct heat. When the sausage is temping 160ish I'll move them over direct heat to finish them off.

Remove from heat then drizzle Steen's Southern Made Syrup on top.

Super simple app that always goes over well.

Doesn't cream cheese have mayo in it?

Pineapple, peaches, tomatoes, watermelon.....

Originally from Oklahoma, always had fried or pickled okra. Brother in law down in Florida panhandle introduced me to these. Gobbled them up like a fat kid in a candy store.

Whole sweet or yellow onion in foil with butter and whatever you want to add to it (bullion cubes are my favorite).
