Have you been to Starlight Theater in Terlingua ghost town?

My first trip to Big Bend, have only been as far as Alpine/Ft.Davis. Plan on going over to Terlingua at least once in search of drinks and entertainment.

Banana pecan pancakes this morning per request.

Had reservations at Dark Roux this evening, but we opted to stay in:

Butter lettuce topped by halved avocados/bacon/blue cheese... oil & basalmic
Roasted fingerling potatoes
2 four and a half pound lobsters (biggest I ever cooked... I could only fit 1 in each of 2 gumbo pots. Seriously, each claw is as big as my hand)

Chocolate gelato & strawberries

Oh, and Conundrum white

He is putting steaks on the egg soon.

I'm doing baked potatoes with a garlic sauce for the side.

A few good beers as well. Will probably need to fast tomorrow.

We went out for crawfish for lunch (as much for me as for her) and I'm taking her to her favorite tex mex place in a couple hours. She'll have her favorite fajita nachos and think I'm a godsend. I'll have a couple margs and a pretty good chile relleno
