What wing sauce do you use on your homemade chicken wings?

I used to be a fan of Franks wing sauce but now, I've been using Moore's original and man,it's some good stuff.

Yeah this is something with duck dynasty on it, guess I got it as a Christmas gift one year. I also have a hooters wing sauce jar I use

Louisiana hit sauce + butter + good blue cheese (melted in with butter wand hot sauce). Careful not to let it break while incorporating. Trust me, it's damn good.

Equal parts Crystal, Trappey's and Tabasco, with butter and garlic powder.

In Buffalo, they do Franks + butter + something acidic like red wine vinegar or white vinegar or lemon juice.. if you're trying to be traditional. Garlic powder in the mix is good too. Don't let it boil. Only heat through.

I use a stick of melted butter with 1/2 cup Crystal and a 1/4 cup each of harissa and chili garlic sauce.

I use a bottle of Frank's, half bottle of La, a stick of butter, lots of garlic powder and maybe a tbs. of cayenne. If too hot, add more butter

Tiger Sauce

Not a true buffalo sauce per se, but it's a great sweet heat

Plain buffalo wings I use Crystal.

But my wing mainstay is something different:

Cook to crispy and brown
Add Rosemary infused olive oil
Add seasoning mix of 3/4 hidden valley ranch season packet (what you would use to make homemade ranch) and 1/4 cayenne pepper in batches, tossing to distributed evenly

Sriracha, lime juice, lime zest, and chopped cilantro. Whisk.

Original recipe by Michael Symon calls for melted butter too, but I skip it.
