I use butter, a mixture of hot sauces(Louisiana, Crystal, Tabasco, Trappey's), garlic powder, and enough canola oil to keep the sauce from congealing once it cools.

I do commit wing travesty when I make them though. I boil them for maybe five minutes, drain, then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put them on the grill long enough to get the skin brown and crispy and drizzle the sauce over them. Everyone who eats them absolutely loves them even though its wing sacrilege, I just don't care...

We have every flavor of these.

They also have a jalapeno, mango habanero, garlic parm, and spicy garlic. All have been awesome, variety is the spice of life.

2 hours on the smoker, sauce then back on the smoker for a few minutes.

Usually Frank's and butter. But we had an auditor from Missouri here a couple of years ago, and she brought me a bottle of Syberg's original sauce. It was pretty good, and I used it all up. Good enough I've thought about ordering more online.

I haven't done it yet but I want to try to do it with a bibimbap sauce.

I usually just do the Louisiana hot sauce and butter recipe that's on the back of the LA hot sauce bottle. Sometimes I'll add in a pinch of cayenne.
